  • Reached out to them on Yelp on 4/8/18. I immediately received an email that said, "this automated email is to confirm your appointment request. We will get back to you shortly." It's now 4/22/18, never heard from them. It is a real pet peeve of mine when businesses have the option of contacting them through their website, but yet they never respond. The 100% response rate on Yelp is also false. Yes, they send an automated email 100% of the time, but that doesn't get you an appt or in contact with a real person.
