| - I used to love sushimon, but after the incident that happened the other night, I will never ever go back. My husband and I decided we wanted to have some sushi at around 930 on a Friday night. We go in and the hostess tells us there's a 45 min wait although there is one large table that's open (with a reservation). So we decide, alright, let's just take it to go. We order a few sashimi, a screaming orgasm, and 4 rolls, which came out to 80 bucks! I seriously contemplate just waiting the 45 min and having all you can eat for about $50 plus tip for the two of us.
15-20 min later, they pack up our stuff and we drive home. We get home and they give us one roll that's the wrong order and then they're missing 2. So we give them a call, they say they have the food at the counter...we don't live a minute down the street so my husband asks the manager if he can just refund us what the two rolls cost. They offer to give him a 26 dollar credit the next time we go, + another $13 and not a refund. My husband insisted that we wanted the refund and they made him drive back instead of just putting it back on his card. So he goes there and gets the refund...and, I would think for the trouble, they would just give us the two rolls we originally ordered but forgot. Nope. What horrible customer service. Even though the sushi was fine and it's the closest sushi restaurant to our place, I won't ever go back. Ugh!
