  • I don't like to give bad reviews but the service here is horrible! I stayed here because it is close to where my conference will be the next day. A party was going on on the main floor since 7pm and (its 11:30pm now) apparently when you call, there is nothing they can do about it because they paid for the ballroom (can't move us to another room or lower down the music)...well, sorry to remind you, but i also paid for my room so i can get a good accommodation away from home?! I was pretty much told to either take a discount on the room or get a refund and find another hotel at this hour. 'Great' service manager of Grey Eagle! Please don't waste your money here, i'm sure there are plenty hotels with great services and better accommodation in town.
