It was a beautiful day outside and the gf wanted to go to H20 Float Spa. I had no idea what to expect, except floating. I entered the front door to be greeted by the owners. They were quite friendly and informative on how Float Spa worked. There are solo pods that close up and have interior lighting for individual floaters, and there is a tub for multiple floaters that have lighting in the tub for a more relaxing atmosphere. It is also optional to have it pitch black.
So we went in the tub and it was like it was impossible to sink into the water. There was about 10 kgs of Epsom Salt in the tub. So word of advice don't get it in your eyes, ears (earplugs), mouth, or nose. If you have any open wounds use the Vaseline they provide you.
So I personally liked it pitch black because I could fall asleep in the water. Unfortunately since I was sharing the tub with the gf and she preferred the lighting of the tub, we kept it on and I didn't get to fall asleep. After it was all done we (gf) noticed smoother and softer skin. Overall I would say this is a great place to experience at least once in your life. The only thing holding me back from continuing to revisit often is the price as it takes a bit of a toll on the wallet to snooze in water. Again that's just my opinion. It was $90 for the both of us for an hour and a half. $45 per person, and this was the price for happy hour. All in all a good time. Namaste!
