  • The girls at the front were very friendly and nice, everything is modern and well maintained,,here is the problem..so they have 4 reclining chairs by the jacuzzi, so you think there is a nice QUIET place to relax, well it would be if it wasnt for the service door that is right adjacent to the chairs, so then you might think those doors arent used much since they are employee use only,,WRONG, between the 2 attendants, other employees that door opened and closed more than Disneyland's most popular ride, I think it was the most used door at Delano! And its the heavy kind of door with a metal bar that needs to be pushed hard to open and slams shut, and this is right next to the lounge chairs!!! NEVER GOING BACK
