  • I love coming here to the zoo for so many reasons. One main reason why I do is because it reminds me of my childhood and coming here with my babysitter everyday. Another thing I enjoy is the fact that it is a free zoo! They run primarily on donations, which is pretty cool! For the animals, it's great for small children! In the zoo, there is a carousel, a small park, and a place to feed the goats! They have also many different rooms like the reptile house if you have an adventurous kid. There is parking right in front, but it is limiting. Fortunately, there is a bounty of street parking around the zoo.
