Argh. More than once, I have put through an order Shutterfly, only to find the machine is broken in the photo department. This time? I called ahead to check, in order to save a trip. Once I finally got through the maze of phone tree? I asked the question, only to be hung up on. I wish this was an "extra ordinary" situation. The customer service here always seems to be painful, this is just the most recent example.
