The employees at the customer service desk are rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and do nothing to resolve issues that they created. The store charged me twice and when I took the issue to customer service and asked to speak to a manager, the employee said, "I am the manager".
If he was a manager: I would expect the manager to do whatever it takes to resolve a customer being charged twice! He said he couldn't do anything and I would just have to be charged twice. ..because transactions don't show up IN THEIR SYSTEM until the next day! He acted like this was my problem and nothing he/the store should be concerned about!
