I'm not even upset my rx was messed up. Things happen and I understand but I got such an attitude from Jonathon when I was trying to get things straightened out. I explained to this man 3 times where they had told me it was transferred and where I wanted it transferred since that didn't happen and he's still trying to tell me they didn't get the prescription and it was my doctor's fault when someone had already called me from their pharmacy to tell me they didn't have the meds I needed and it needed to be transferred to another location over an hour before I spoke to him. I don't care whose fault it was, I just wanted the meds for my son. In the middle of this all he's suddenly worried about changing my address? I got a very dismal apology on my way out. Ridiculous customer service. Taking a second to listen and realize someone isn't trying to lay blame when they just want to make sure the problem is fixed won't kill you.
