  • This company's reputation is right on the money. They were terrible from the start. Moved out here from California and quickly locked in a house in Mesa. Told the company I was moving out here on a Saturday evening. They never disclosed their hours of operation and the website shows Saturdays as by appointment only. Called that Saturday and they finally told me they closed at 1 or 2. I was suppose to drop off the money by Saturday and move in Sunday. I had to wait until Monday to get the keys and it was my first day at my new job. I lost out on $250 with hotel and truck rental. They never once said they couldn't give me the keys on a Saturday. When I complained about the customer service and the lack of competency they said they would give us $80 off on our next rent. Then didn't add the deduction until I called. The women in the front office are rude and have terrible customer service! The whole year with them was terrible. It was pulling teeth to get assistance from them and proper customer service. I'd advise any to go somewhere else. These people don't deserve your business!!!
