  • The lack of competence is unreal. I ordered a pair of hemmed jeans. The first pair arrived damaged. Surprisingly, considering the other reviews, they sent me a replacement pair once I sent the damaged pair back. It was shipped in a measly plastic bag, which may by why they arrived damaged. The second pair arrived unhemmed. I had to ship this pair back before they sent a third pair. They finally got it right after the third try. It only took 6 weeks. I was a big supporter in Naked & Famous Denim, but not anymore.
