  • Just had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Chris the manager! Went in with no clue what we wanted, and left feeling educated and confident in our purchase. Chris was able to answer all our questions and was patient with our decision making and was not at all forceful or pushy. He was definitely the ideal example of what customer service should be! Excited to get our new mattress!
