Actually, they messed up my order! Completely delivered the wrong arrangement!
So why 5 stars? Because they owned up to the mistake (Everyone makes them!), called me before I had the chance t call them. Rachel replaced the order with a bigger, better and more expensive arrangement. Then she called me to tell me that the replacement was delivered and she was implementing new and recurrent training for all employees. So what could have been a disaster was turned positive by the quick fulfilling response of the store. Rachel really understands what it takes to keep a customer coming back even if a mistake is made.
