  • Rita left my hair looking like garbage. After having my hair highlighted professionally for 10 years, I could have done a better job blindfolded at home with a box of hair color from the dollar store!! Please see the photo of how Rita did my hair. Even when I showed her a photo again at home and told her I was crying about how it looked, she defended her work and said that it was the "style" and I had to get use to it and wash it a few times. She did not care how I felt about my hair and never asked to fix it, though I would never let her touch my hair again. Absolutely disgusted. Thankfully found another stylist at Michelle's Beautique & Salon, Katie fixed it and made me look beautiful again. Had $95 stolen from me at Royal Salon! Please save yourself the humiliation and don't go here!!!
