  • Been to the chain many times, first time at this location. Had the tonkotsu black. Excellent pork broth, great flavour with the black garlic oil, and springy noodles. With a perfectly soft-boiled egg and two hearty slices of pork, Sansotei doesn't fail to satisfy even with the smallest of menus. Service is fast and friendly, in part because I went at off-peak hours. If they toned down the salt just a smidge it would be perfect for me but I like things light. Overall, a great place for a bowl of delicious!
