Not only did Air Squad rip us off with a bad compressor repair in June 2015, but now we need a whole new unit! We split our payment to them of almost $800 (that was the cost WITH an AHS home warranty at the time) and I called today to find out the serial numbers involved with the compressor in order to confirm their service last year. I was told that, because I still owe them $244 (for which they SAY they mailed me bills and called me, but did NOT), they will not release this information to me! I'm a consumer with rights...this is NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. They demanded my money and attempted to BLACKMAIL me for information that I have a right to know.
