  • If I could give them a Minus-1 Star, I would! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with - very dishonest! I started service on 10/4/2016 and terminated service about 6 months later because they raised their already-exorbitant prices. I had to pay a water bottle deposit of $23.54 and was promised its refund when service was terminated. Here it is, June 4, 2017, and still no refund - even though they said I would receive my money in April. A few weeks ago, someone from Sparkletts called me and said the "check was in the mail" and still nothing! Save yourself money and grief and stay far away from this company! They are deceiving, dishonest, and they lie to you!
