rev:text	This review is for the customer service received, not actual services. Used the text line as advertised to attempt to make an appointment. Initially texted me back promptly but then disappeared after multiple texts with 10-15 mins between responses. When I finally showed some frustration I was told that they needed to check as the person wasn't working that day. Don't offer a service for texting if someone isn't going to be dedicated to answering in a timely manner.
