  • I have now lived here for two years and cannot begin to describe how excited I am to be moving. I will say that the maintenance I would give five stars and an excellent review. Victor has been very prompt in any item we've needed fixing and has checked up to making sure everything is still working. Now onto the management company and the people of the complex. Daily I hear people slamming doors so hard that my walls shake (I am on the second floor). The family below us has squeezed 8 people into a two bedroom apartment!!!!!! The property management nor the owners of some of the condos are concerned with who is occupying the complex just as long as they get their money. While at the pool there are constantly people around screaming at each other, while there are families swimming near by. When you visit the office for anything (even to drop off their income; rent) they act as if it's a burden to even say hi to you, let alone do anything for you. The gates are constantly broken and I do not even understand why we even have them. They won't give you a code to let your guests in either!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP YOUR SANITY. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
