  • We came to Vegas for EDC and stayed at Serene 5/17-5/21 1. Checked in Thursday 5/17 2. Requested new sheets on Friday 5/18 and they just dropped them off on bed, didn't make the bed or do house keeping for us 3. I left the dirty towels on floor with dirty sheets and they put the same towels folded on top of table...I knew it was the same towels because I had dyed my hair two days prior and the towel had black stain from my hair dye 4. Saturday 5/19 I requested house keeping and that our remote control be fixed so we could actually change the channel, when we returned late that night house keeping was still not done and the remote wasn't fixed 5. Sunday 5/20 I went to office and requested again that house keeping be done and that we get tissue and toilet paper and clean towels 6. Clean towels were finally left on the table and more tissue was placed but no toilet paper left. Also, a hair dryer isn't provided even though that seems to be one of the basic amenities even in a motel. Wouldn't recommend
