I rarely write reviews due to the fact that I feel everyone has a bad day every once in a while, but let's just say they had their chance. I have never been so disappointed with customer service in all my years. Working in the industry, I am aware I have high expectations, but this was just ridiculous. Whomever was working the desk was not on top of it. I waited 20 min to even talk to someone to let them know I had an appointment. Next time I won't even bother making one, if I decide to come back, they still go fcfs. The nice man and his son trying to get their rv fixed for their road trip waited twice as long as I did, and he was before me in line! Once I finally got to talk to the worker to check in, he told me it would be a 2 hour wait for my car to be done. Seriously?! It's just an oil change. I will say the workers in the garage tried to get my car done faster and we're very friendly. I'm highly disappointed with the customer service in the front office. Don't waist your time.
