  • Highly disappointed in the new management. When Fairfield owned this complex, things were great. Pinnacle purchased the property around May 2017 or so. Since then, this property has declined significantly. Staff is RUDE. Maintenance is extremely unfriendly. They act as if it is an inconvenience to them to make repairs. Office staff leaves much to be desired, especially compared to the former Fairfield staff. I no longer have packages delivered after an issue of a certain staff member saying that they were not received despite Amazon showing it delivered 2 days ago. Went back in later and a different staff member found it. The property is not maintained and looks trashy. Security is a JOKE!! They replaced a reputable security company with 2 kids who sit in their cars all night. I've seen them sleeping, talking on their phones. Oh and one night the guy was in the rec room watching TV sprawled out on the couch. Last I checked, rent didn't decrease, but this property certainly has. I will not be renewing my lease at this property. Extremely disappointed.
