Really wish I had read these comments before purchasing a motherboard from Frys! Turns out the motherboard had a bad memory slot and when trying to return it, we get the run around about us returning it to the manufacturer! We had a warranty as well! That's your job to replace it!! I'm furious that these people are allowed to be in business!!! Maybe quit worrying about so many theft prevention employees and train some in customer service.. or is that not an organizational goal???
