  • DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP! Good service while you're looking but as soon as you sign, you see their true faces and they're complete dicks! They went back on their deal. So many complaints about this place. I gave them a star since its the lowest but even that is too much of a good rate. I had to come to back this dealership after my deal didn't go through at least 4 times with minimum 2 hour wait each time! And that's not counting the other 3 times my boyfriend came in for me. They are SO unorganized that THEY LOST MY TRADE IN TITLE FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS. The Financial advisor told me I had already received it and that i had never given it to him even though I saw it in my file. The sales guy told me it was in my file. The manager told me it was in accounting. NOT EVEN THE MANAGER KNOWS WHAT HES DOING. This dealership completely put me off Chevrolet cars. After at least 3 weeks of waiting and never hearing back, the sales guy texts me saying they found my title. I'm glad my boyfriend saw online you can file a complaint against dealerships because I will definitely be doing that.
