I loved my experiences here at Bella Lily. The girls here made sure that I had the best experiences. I went to three salons before this one and tried on over 100 dresses. When I came to Bella Lily, I had already emailed them a list of all the dresses I wanted to try on which they had ready for me! They were quick to pull dresses out of my room that I did not want. I adored the customer service and friendliness at this boutique. You weren't a sale, you were a bride.
The reason for the less star is two things. 1) their contract has nothing in it to save you if they close or are unable to provide you with the dress. Nothing. Nada. You have to have ultimate faith that nothing in the world will prevent that dress from getting to you. BUT there is plenty in their contract about what happens if you (the bride) doesn't show to get the dress. When me and my mom mentioned this, the response from the owner is "but that won't happen so what is the point of having it in?". It didn't stop us from buying, but I was anxious! 2) there was no follow-up. Bella Lily does not provide their own alterations and instead hands you a list of places to call and interview. They did not follow up with me at all to make sure I had gotten my dress in or wanted to order the lace for my veil or anything. The only follow up I received was a half-assed email wanting me to leave a review. By half-assed, I mean there was one paragraph thanking me for buying and the second begging for a review. Tacky.
