Really was bummed by the customer service I received at this location. I had a total of 9 tattoo laser removal sessions at this place and I must say that I an beyond dissatisfied by the results. When coming into the location I notice how clean and modern it is which is nice to know a Medical Spa is kept really clean but behind the cleanliness I didn't appreciate the pushy sales and negativity the front desk Haley brought upon me. I bought a chunk of laser sessions because I was told by the tenth session it would be gone (in the beginning). Every 8 weeks or so (there sometimes were problems with scheduling and having my appointment cancelled last minute via front desk staff ). I felt every time I came into the location I was PUSHED on hard sales. I get it, I worked in the beauty industry for 5 years and I know sales are a huge part of it but the harassment as well as the pressure to buy things I didn't even need was unsettling. Last appointment I had schedule 8 weeks prior (like normal) and was called 15 minutes prior to their closing time on a Friday night. When listening to the message they left one staff told me that their machine was "calibrating " and the other message I was left was how the machine wasn't working all day and would have to cancel my appointment for Saturday morning. I felt it was quite odd getting two messages on my phone in less than 5 minutes apart when I was away from my phone. I called them immediately back multiple times before their actual closing time and no one decided to answer the phone. Saturday morning comes around, I call the location to see whats up with my scheduling and if I need to reschedule and someone picked up the phone and hung up on me multiple times. My appointment was scheduled for about 2 weeks ago and never got a response back after leaving numerous messages I decided to bite the bullet and let them keep their money and I decided to go to another Med Spa where I'm actually seeing results of the tattoo being removed. I was rubbed the wrong way by staff when I told the Laser Technician about not wanting to be pushed sales after my 9th visit and she told me "Haley gets complaints all the time, I will make a note on your account however to not ask about any up sales." My laser session went quick and the tech walked me to the door and said "Hope you return to us"
as I walked to the front desk to make my next appointment Haley asked if I wanted to buy any more packages. I told her that I was only going to purchase one more to see what would happen after the TENTH session. When I explained that I only wanted one more session for now she said " Oh you are going to need A LOT more than that" this was really unsettling to me because I already spent about 600$ removing a tattoo smaller than an inch. I was really upset about the whole situation and bought one more session reluctantly and then my appointment was canceled 15 minutes before closing the night BEFORE my scheduled session. I was holding back writing this review but after all the mistreatment I got here I am glad I decided to go somewhere else.
