Here is my biggest complaint here. I booked a group for the week, about 14 rooms for various nights, spent close to $8000 all in all. They knew I had the master account, which meant I booked them and I was paying for everything. I would have thought they would give that person a little extra something...well not only did it not happen but I got the oldest, most boring room of my entire group! To the point that everyone was thanking me, thinking how kind I was to book them two floor suites looking onto the baseball diamond, while I got this closet with an old shower that barely worked and my view was a construction site on the 5th floor.
That was my rant about the room and logic, (or lack of logic), I felt they put into my deal. The main breakfast/lounge area is nothing special either though. The hotel seems pretty dated to me. Food in the lounge was pretty weak, in fact I only used the lounge the first evening then we went elsewhere other days as there is a lot within walking distance.
I would not book here again. And I would think that if they don't start paying more attention to the details, there will be more corporate bookings like mine that they will continue losing.
