  • Not helpful at all. I used to be able to make an appt. for help and now they want to only tell me how to fix the problem. And worse, they use technical language as if I worked for Apple. I'm not a technical person so it's extremely frustrating when you speak jargon. The technician just kept repeating the same instructions after I explained I followed the online instructions. I will never buy another Apple product again. Completely disappointed with the support for an $800 phone. I own 3 of them and these will be the last!
