  • *Most important point, they charge $3 for a small bottle of water you can get for free at check in!!* So disappointed in the staff here. We came in and loved the band and how they interacted with the crowd. So we decided to stay and keep drinking thanks to them but our waitress VANESSA had the worst attitude ever &was super bitchy! I don't think I've ever called a staff member that in my reviews of places but she defines the word amazingly. I just couldn't enjoy it after that. My friend asked for water and the server told her it comes in a bottle and we said it was fine (we figured it was the free lil bottled water they give you when you check in). She came back with the check and told us it was $3 for water. She didn't mention this before so we called her out and she said "umm I told her" and I told her she didn't and just said "oh well, sorry I guess" unacceptable. I will never be returning here. I wanted to give this place 4 stars bc the band is seriously amazing and would've loved to come back but if they have staff like her, I'd rather spend money elsewhere. Never again.
