  • Super easy and convenient from the airport. I rented thru Avis, nice staff during the rental process. However no one told me that I needed to write down the mileage I used on a piece of paper when returning the car. I'm sure it was less than 75 miles as we hardly used the vehicle to go anywhere. Anyhow, so at check out when we returned the car, the little Filipino lady sitting in the Avis Preferred Office had an attitude when I told her that I wasn't told that I need to write the mileage down, but I did put gas in the car and showed her a receipt. She started to mumble something that I couldnt understand not once but twice, which i became irritated with her and asked for the keys so my fiance can walk back to the car to get me the mileage. When she saw that I was irritated, she then told me nevermind and processed my bill for the rental.
