  • I had the chance to experience a call at Spin Energie for the first time as part of a Yelp discovery event and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall spot. The place is clean, bright (not the class which is more of a LA-clubbing-neon environment) and people great and teach with tremendous energy!! Now I will say that this was my first spinning class in such a setup so I don't have much to compare it to but I train regularly (other than spinning) in different gyms and was impressed by the ambiance and facilities. Only downside would be that I found the music to be too loud for my taste (call me a granny), but they give foam ear plugs upon checkin! I just found out afterwards, so thought I'd let you know my fellow spinners. Great experience, very demanding cardio-wise. Get ready to SWEAT.
