  • Had a tremendously horrible experience at this sugar factory. My friend and I went here at 4 pm on a Sat we had two goblets She had lollipop passion and I had an ocean blue goblet we both ordered Fettuccini Alfredo so we get our drinks and everything is fine until I look down and see a freaking dead fly in my goblet I almost threw up in my mouth I tried not to make a big scene there was a little family sitting next to us to be having a good time but Lord oh Lord I couldn't believe my eyes I couldn't believe there was a dead fly in my drink! So when the server came I told him in a nicely manner he apologized and he called his supervisor over and he said, "are you sure it's a fly?" Like seriously so I took it out my drink with the silverware and put it on the table and said, "What does it look like to you." He was very nonchalant about the situation. I explained to him how I hate complaining when I go out I normally wouldn't complain but this was just unacceptable. At this point I lost my appetite my friends goblet was fine she finished eating we paid and left. The manager offered to give me a discount on my goblet I said no thanks I was disgusted with the customer service and the dead fly. We will not be back.
