  • Going to Teavana was one of the worst retail experiences of my life. The sales staff are incredibly rude and pushy. I had to ARGUE with them because I didn't want to buy a $10 tin to store my tea in. Another tactic they use is to weigh out too much tea, forcing customers to buy more than they asked for. The tea is also overpriced. If you want high quality tea, you can find it online for much cheaper. I am never going back.
