  • I am shocked at the reviews I have read on here. I have been a resident at San Milan since Nov. 2015. I have had very little to complain about.. Loud upstairs neighbor. Office took care of it quickly. The mosquitos were bad but luckily through several aggressive efforts this to was taken care of. Now the list of awesome you get here at San Milan. The views are amazing both of the mountains & the city but also the grounds are very beautiful. The fitness center is nice if not nicer than a gym plus bonus no fee to use it. Always kept clean & surprisingly never over crowded. The heated pool is awesome. We were able to have our sons birthday at the pool in December. The gorgeous seating areas are very nice to sit and relax with enjoying the fire or catching a game on one of the many TV's. The clubhouse is spacious and very nice to grab a cup of tea or relax with friends at. We are grateful for this additional space as we have a large amount of family coming in town, November & have rented it for a Thanksgiving dinner. There are 2 guest apartments available to rent here & have booked those as well for our families coming for our wedding later this year. Our little dog loves to play at the spacious dog park & we love that the lights are available for him to run around even at night. Our neighbors are very friendly and courteous. There are so many benefits to living here, location, amenities & the beautiful apartment interiors. If you are considering living at San Milan you have made a wise choice!! The staff has always treated us well & taken care of any concerns both inside & outside our apartment home. Take a look for yourself you won't be disappointed in this fabulous community.
