  • They don't even deserve 1 star. In someone's most vulnerable and desperate moments, they take advantage of their state of mind during grieving by telling them things they don't want to hear. Everyone I've known that has passed, whether they are buried or cremated, has a viewing within 3 days and is buried/cremated by the end of that week. And these are people who were young, no one expected them to die. When they did die, it was a horrible accident, or they had no idea what happened and they required a full autopsy. My grandmother had everything planned for years. Her urn, her plans, her service, the wake, where she will go. It was all worked out and paid for. Not only that, but we knew what she died from and she was definitely not young. Why, then, did these crooks say it would take 3 weeks for the complete process? Not only that, they decided to tell my grandpa he needed to pay $500 to have the process "expedited." This was supposed to convert the 3 week process into 3-5 days. How does one expedite this process? Do they print the death certificate on a magic super-fast printer? Do they cut in front of other families that also experienced the loss of a loved one? Total was ~$1000 to "expedite and finish" the process. It has been over a week. We have heard nothing. And every different office that deals with deaths is closed on weekends. I'm sorry, I thought people died every day. So from now on, I guess we just can't let people die on Saturday or Sunday!
