  • I am a landlord and my nightmare with this Company began when the property manager I first hired quit. The person who took over my account is totally unprofessional, unresponsive....incompetent of her profession. As a starter: How about they moved some in your house without notifying you or have you review or even sign the lease? I found out my house was "leased" about 10 days after they had someone moved in. Another example: I received a $120 electricity bill for the period when the house was supposed to be vacant and only open for showing. Just way too many bad incidents and experiences I had with this Company... I can easily write a 5000 words essay about it. It seems to me my so called property manager never ran out of excuses or lies in order to cover her behind. I am so relieved to say "You are fired!!" when the Agreement with them expires. To sum up: If you want to receive "hands free" management, late rent, and poor tenant screening (the tenant they qualified for me basically trashed my house)...this is the right kind of company you are looking for. (P.S. If Yelp allows me to give negative stars...I'll be glad to take my ONE star away)
