  • If I could write this with no stars I would. We're moving out this week and couldn't get out fast enough. This is the worst staff and maintenance I've ever witnessed from a complex here. The manager is RUDE and office staff is so unprofessional. Our AC went out, wasn't fixed for 3 days. We requested maintenance several different times and most still haven't been fixed! The pool is never open and the manager told the security guard to LOCK the kids in the pool if they weren't out by 10:30. You're wasting your hard earned money coming here. Go to the preserve right up the road or colonial grand.
