  • Do not buy the extra insurance that this place sales to you. The company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and scores an F on the Better Business Bureau's site. When my sofa was punctured by the corner of a table that was behind it when I reclined. They said it was not covered and that they consider it a tear not a puncture. Even though the so called "extra coverage" plainly states it covers punctures. Why is Furniture Row pushing people to buy a useless insurance plan. I wonder how much commission they make selling these policies. Shame on Furniture Row for being in bed with such a bad company. Don't take my word for it go to the Better Business Bureau's website. The company is Great White Bottling. It says they don't settle claims. **********UPDATE********** Furniture Row made things right by replacing my sofa with a new one. The new one looks great and is very comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the staff here. They all were very helpful. But I would still say don't purchase the extra warranty.
