After slow service this morning I decided to look up this business on Yelp. The one star rating is warranted. If I could give lower, I would. I waited for 30 minutes to open to replace my battery. It took them 1 hour just to get to me after being nudged. The attendant has a disposition and took a woman before me that he apparently knew. This reminds me of my last experience here. It too was similar. That's too bad cause this is the closest Sears to my house. If I could make it to Arrowhead, that's where I will go next time.
Update: I received a call from the manager. He was very cordial and said that he will work to improve customer service and offered me priority service on my next visit. Much respect.
I was just thinking that if the supervisor would come in a half hour earlier to open the store, that would speed things up instead of having customers standing around while he opens the register, etc. Even the employees straggle in to work when the place opens. This is just not a good way to run a business. Well, at least the products are good.
One more thing. The employees are very nice, respectful, professional, and provide expert service.
