Being a new car buyer as well as young, I had not been looking forward to looking at new cars, having salesmen shove their business down my throat, talk pricing, etc..originally went to showcase Honda in Scottsdale and immediately felt not very welcomed, or interested in. As we started taking pricing they were trying to sell me at way over what my max price was and when I said I needed to think about it they got extremely defensive and angry with me as if I had just wasted their time which was not the case I was going to buy a car, anyways after being spoken to like that, I went to Tempe Honda and immediately was greeted warmly by the best of the best Abdul. He talked prices with me and did not get angry when I said the price was over budget. After signing on the deal I met with Rich who was absolutely wonderful, warm and kind. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me thoroughly so I understood everything I was signing. I truly felt like I could trust them which i felt nowhere else. He simply worked the numbers to the best of his ability without getting frustrated or angry with me and even though their price was slightly higher than showcase Honda I would've chosen good customer service over price any day. I am so glad I leased my first vehicle from Tempe Honda and I hope to continue to have good experiences with the in the future.
