  • A family friend let my mom and I use her timeshare as she had something come up when she had scheduled to use it. We were in a condo in Building 4, floor 4 with one master bedroom with a King sized bed that included a master bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, another room with two Twin sized beds and a walk in closet, another bathroom, a balcony that stretched from the master bedroom to the other bedroom, and a washer/dryer unit. The condo was SO nice! Every room was clean with very nice furniture. Everything was very modern and updated! We loved that both bathrooms had huge, jetted tubs! Fridge and washer/dryer worked very well; kitchen came with plates, bowls and utensils, which was handy! This place is close enough to the Strip without having to deal with the noisy, drunk people. Our view was so pretty, and the pools were so cool! Staff were very friendly. There were a few downsides to our stay, however. Although the tubs were awesome, the master tub plug constantly got stuck, and both tubs' jets took awhile to come on after pressing the button. Those could use definite maintenance. There is no wifi at the condos unless you pay for it, which kinda sucked. And the thing that disappointed me the most was when my thumb was slammed from the black opener on the gate to the pool. It's this weird black thing that you pull up on to open the gate. It's fine when you're going IN to the pull as you pull the gate out towards you. But when you're leaving the pool and push the gate out away from you, it's almost impossible to do that while holding up the black thing to open it! It slammed down on my thumb and turned blue for a bit until I put some ice on it. Not happy about that, and they need to come up with better gate openers. We even had an employee tell us when he was first explaining how to open the gates to be careful because he'd slammed his fingers with it a million times. So it's not just me this happened to! Overall, however, we're very happy with our stay!
