  • I hear that Dr. Romine is wonderful. Wouldn't know because my daughter & I have had to deal with JB. Mr. Wonderful claimed my daughter's keratosis was completely cleared when it wasn't. When I questioned him about her skin which was obviously still inflamed, he became arrogant and rude. Lucky me, I was next. His nasty demeanor continued. He had never seen me before but was able to diagnose my skin ailment from across the room! He recommended I put ice on my eczema and have those things "burned off" my face. The absolute best of all, however, was when the office billed an insurance company that I have NEVER been insured by. When I called to tell them this, they insisted I gave them an insurance card for the wrong company. What a joke! Like I said, I hear Dr. Romine is wonderful, but her PA and her billing staff are questionable.
