I'm a PLUS Member! Exchanging a 5 gal Nestle water bottle at this location was inconvenient. I came to this location to shop and exchange 2 (5 gal) Nestle water bottle. Upon entering this store the lady at the entrance place a sticker on my empty Nestle water bottle container. She told me to line up at the customer service to buy the water. I told her that Im still shopping. She told me that some cashiers don't know how to do the Nestle water bottle exchange. I said...WHAT?!!! TEACH..TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS HOW TO DO THE EXCHANGE,,, It's very inconvenient to line up at their CUstomer Service...I waited 20 minutes just to pay my water bottle exchange then I need to go at the back just to get the water. I think even an 8 year old kid can do the exchange at their register!!!!
