I have been training with Caleb Hock since 2015 when I got tired of doing it my own for years. He is super positive and is always changing up the workouts so that you do not plateau. He also gives very sound advice and guidance when it comes to diet and nutrition. I love his overall attitude and demeanor and always motivating you to do better. He offers both 1 on 1 training and group sessions and the gym is conveniently located right off the 101 freeway. I can honestly say that I am as strong as I have ever been at 37 years old.
