I found this studio on happenstance and I am so glad I did! The studio is unlike any other yoga studio I have ever been to before and I really dig it. They not only allow, but they fully welcome, talking before and after class in the studio space. They also bump loud, upbeat music during class. The energy in this studio is really revitalizing. The routine is the same every time and it is really easy to pick up. After a few classes, it should be very easy to flow with the class. I personally really like the routine. With how they worked the routine, it alternates raising and lowering your heart rate during the hour. The room is very hot and humid. I break a sweat laying on the floor, so bring lots of water!! All the instructors here are great! They always give such warm welcomes. My favorite instructor is Dani. She is such a uplifting person and manages to make you feel so special. She is very motivating and upbeat during class. Being in here class just gives me warm fuzzies. I like that this studio emphasizes the fact that showing up is enough and it's ok to take as many breaks as you need. My favorite part about this studio is the cold, wet towels they hand out intermittently throughout class. There are two specific points during the class where they will let you know that if you want a towel to put a hand on your stomach and they will come around and give you one. Everyone gets one at the end of class during the last shavasana.
The studio itself is very new and modern looking on the inside. The bathrooms are beautiful and are stocked with towels and necessities. They have 2 showers. They just had a really nice looking Himalayan salt wall installed inside the studio space.
