  • Wish I could give zero stars. They were very rude when I came in on my BIRTHDAY to redeem a free small sandwich. I presented the coupon on my phone which is what it states on the coupon on my phone to do to present to server nothing else. Additionally I was also gonna order a lot of other food for my family. They said it couldn't be redeemed because it had to be printed out to get it free, even though it didn't state that ANYWHERE and it had a bar code and could show my ID that it was my birthday. It should be clearly stated if that is the restaurant policy before people go out of their way to go to that place. They were rude about it and couldn't explain why it wasn't listed or at least put a sign up at the register stating that. They need to work on customer service, both employers had attitude and the girl was rolling her eyes. Make all the promotions very clear before sending them out so your customers are not inconvenienced.
