I dropped a car from Phoenix at this location. There was a undercarriage part which came loose which could be because of the poor build from Nissan. The manager at this location was pretty rude and such damages are not visible by any inspection as it could be already loose. She filed the claim and took 500 dollars without even having the repair department if the damage is even a claim as it could just be something existing. Phoenix location was so good service , this location should improve their service a lot.
This incident spoiled my trip. I have emailed the details as mentioned by Chris, please give my money back. Totally unacceptable behavior from enterprise manager
