| - I've been to the Abbot Pub @ 3367 Yonge twice in the last month for business lunches. The first time, a month ago, I had the Club Sandwich. A good club sandwich is about the contents, but at the Abbot the sesame seed bun (shades of McDonalds) so overwhelmed the contents that I had to discard the bun and I was left with the very modest contents on their own, and the side serving of French fries was very small. The second time, yesterday, I had the daily omelette special (bacon, tomato, onion) and it was very disappointing: it was the smallest, most tasteless and generally unappetizing omelette I've had in a long, long time. In addition, the serving of French fries was again small and this time was overcooked/soggy. CONCLUSION: POORLY PREPARED, UNDER-PORTIONED , OVER-PRICED. I'M NOT GOING BACK AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO OTHERS.
