  • After buying a Ford explorer in mid May 2017 from Todd (who is no longer there), thought buying a second vehicle from them would be easier. Was I ever wrong this place went from mediocre to down terrible. On 8/3/2017 I went back to look at F150's only to be harassed by someone who claimed to be a manager, he has no listening skills, then to be handed off to a sales person with a wrinkled shirt, who looked like he just got out of prison, I left in pure discussed. I drove out of my way to come back and see if I could get passed the dealership BS, but was I wrong (we live in Tolleson). I ended up at Jones Ford in Buckeye and purchased a 2017 F150. I can tell you it is like night and day between the 2 dealerships. (I can prove my 2 purchases). Surprise Ford has many dealer add-on's that they refuse to remove from your purchase (SURPRISE). So be prepared to pay for items you don't want or will ever use (SURPRISE). You may say well why did you complete the sale then. 2 reasons first it was the vehicle we could find with the options my wife wanted, and second i thought all dealers did it until I went to Tom Jone's Ford. (LIVE and LEARN) Fast forward to current day in Oct 2017: My wife took our vehicle in for our first and free oil change this past week. And the service dept. let us down also. Go in for an oil change and walk out with a problem with the hood. when she got there she had to go looking for some one in the service dept. She told them of her concerns with the vehicle and she was made to feel like she was an idiot... We will never use this dealer again..... Just remember a name of a business say a lot about there business, and it not just because they are located there Please see my review of Jones Ford Buckeye
