Usually I have a pretty good experience with Southwest Airlines and on my last few trips I have felt the level of service waiver a bit. Now these last batch of flight attendants that I've encountered haven't been the friendliest and that's usually one thing that separated them from the other airlines. I wasn't impressed with the level of service on my most recent trip to Dallas because on the flight I opted to use one of my drink coupons and because one of the corners was ripped more than it should've been I was treated like I was trying to use an expired coupon. Sounds petty right? I don't need to get over on you for a $5 drink boo boo.. anyways Well I'll tell you what's petty and that is spending the time that the flight attendant did trying to debate about it when I've just had previous ones not even care about the coupon for my margaritas and just told me it's on the house. I don't expect free handouts but it's the little things that count and win a customers loyalty.
